SCERT Assam Recruitment 2020 Post Details

1. LDA – Lower Division Assistant

Posts: 05 Nos.
Salary: Pay Band – 02, Rs. 14,000/- to 49,000/- plus, Grade Pay of Rs. 6,200/-
Qualification Required: He / She must be a Graduate in any stream & must have a diploma/certificate in DTP or Typewriting from any of the available Govt. recognized institutions.

2. Laboratory Assistant

Posts: 03 Nos.
Salary: Pay Band – 02, Rs. 14,000/- to 49,000/- plus, Grade Pay of Rs. 6,200/-
Qualification Required: He / She must be a B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology passed with proficiency in computer application.

3. Library Assistant

Salary: Pay Band – 02, Rs. 14,000/- to 49,000/- plus, Grade Pay of Rs. 6,200/-
Qualification Required: Graduate in any discipline. Preference will be given to the candidates who possessed a degree in Library and Information Science having knowledge in Computer application.

4. Statistical Assistant

Posts: 01 Nos.
Salary: Pay Band – 02, Rs. 14,000/- to 49,000/- plus, Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/-
Qualification Required: He / She must be a Graduate in any stream & any of the subjects must be Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics. Having knowledge in computerized data entry will be preferred.

5. Stenographer

Posts: 01 Nos.
Salary: Pay Band – 02, Rs. 14,000/- to 49,000/- plus, Grade Pay of Rs. 6,200/-
Qualification Required: He/She must have a Graduate degree in any of the streams. Also, require a Diploma in Shorthand writing from ITI in Assam by the National Council for Vocational Trade or Diploma in Stenography from Government recognized Polytechnic of the State and having fluency in English. He/she has to pass the shorthand test. The minimum speed one should have is 80 words/minute.

6. Graduate Instructor (Arts)

Posts: 03 Nos.
Salary: Pay Band – 02, Rs. 14,000/- to 49,000/- plus, Grade Pay of Rs. 8,700/-
Qualification Required: He/She must be a Graduate in Arts with B.Ed. Degree from any recognized University. MA passed candidate will be preferred.

7. Assistant Teacher (Arts)

Posts: 01 Nos.
Salary: Pay Band – 02, Rs. 14,000/- to 49,000/- plus, Grade Pay of Rs. 8,700/-
Qualification Required: He/She must be a Graduate in Arts with a major subject & B.Ed. Degree from any recognized University. MA passed candidate will be preferred.

8. Assistant Teacher (Science)

Qualification Required: B.Sc. with major in Physics/Chemistry and B.Ed. degree from any recognized university. Preference will be given to the candidates having an M.Sc. degree.

9. Assistant Teacher

Qualification Required: B.Sc. with major in Physics/Chemistry and B.Ed. degree from any recognized university. Candidate passed M.Sc will be preferred. Also, B.A. with a major in English and B.Ed. degree from any recognized university. Preference will be given to the candidates having M.A in English for Assistant Teacher (Arts).

10. Normal Instructor

Posts: 02 Nos.
Salary: Pay Band – 02, Rs. 14,000/- to 49,000/- plus, Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/-
Qualification Required: Candidate must be a graduate in any discipline with B. Ed. Degree from any recognized university. Master’s Degree candidate will be preferred.

11. Instructor

Posts: 02 Nos.
Salary: Pay Band – 02, Rs. 14,000/- to 49,000/- plus, Grade Pay of Rs. 8,700/-
Qualification Required: BA Passed with any of the subjects as major and B.Ed. degree from any of the recognized university.

12. Craft Instructor

Posts: 03 Nos.
Salary: Pay Band – 02, Rs. 14,000/- to 49,000/- plus, Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/-
Qualification Required: Degree in any discipline from any recognized university with Diploma/ Certificate in fine Art/ Cane and Bamboo/ Cutting and Knitting/Embroidery from Govt. recognized institute.

13. Manual Instructor

Posts: 01 Nos.
Salary: Pay Band – 02, Rs. 14,000/- to 49,000/- plus, Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/-
Qualification Required: Degree in Fine Art from any Govt. recognized institute. Preference will be given to the candidates having a degree in Fine Art and B.Ed. degree from any recognized university.

14. Work Experience Teacher

Posts: 01 Nos.
Salary: Pay Band – 02, Rs. 14,000/- to 49,000/- plus, Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/-
Qualification Required: Graduate in any stream and one who completed the certificate course from Govt recognized institution in Art and Craft (handy craft), cutting, knitting, embroidery, and tailoring. Proficiency in the use of ICT for educational purposes is desired.

15. Drawing Instructor

Posts: 01 Nos.
Salary: Pay Band – 02, Rs. 14,000/- to 49,000/- plus, Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/-
Qualification Required: Degree in Fine Art from any Govt. recognized institute. Preference will be given to the candidates having a Degree in Fine Art and B.Ed degree from any recognized university.

16. Music Instructor

Posts: 01 Nos.
Salary: Pay Band – 02, Rs. 14,000/- to 49,000/- plus, Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/-
Qualification Required: Bachelor in Music from any recognized University. Preference will be given to the candidates having a Master’s degree in Music.

17. Librarian

Salary: Pay Band – 02, Rs. 14,000/- to 49,000/- plus, Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/-
Qualification Required: Bachelor in Library and Information Science from any Govt. recognized University. Candidates must have knowledge of Computer application and software in the concerned field. Preference will be given to the candidate who possessed M. L. I. Sc. from any Govt. recognized University.
