Humber blackboard – Blackboard is Humber College’s primary Learning Management System and allows us to transform the traditional classroom into the digital realm. It is the College’s one-stop online resource providing access to course materials, the option to look up resources and the tools to communicate with teachers and other students. Utilizing portal technology, Humber is customizable so that students can get just the information that they want.

It is available to all students of the college on-site and remotely. Your courses will only display after your teacher has made it available to students and not until the first day of class.

How to login to Blackboard
To access your Blackboard course site, you are required to login to learn.humber.ca
- If you are logging in for the first time, you will be given a temporary password from the ITS Service desk. After you log in, you will be prompted to change your password.
- On the site learn.humber.ca, you will see a login like this
- Enter your username (the same as MyHumber) and then add @humber.ca after the username and hit Next.
- The next field will ask for your password.
- If you have any issues with your password, contact the ITS service desk by calling: 416-675-6622 ext. 8888 then select 0 , to speak to live agent.

Humber blackboard Collaborate
Blackboard Collaborate is an interactive web-conferencing tool that you can use on your computer, tablet, or mobile device anywhere, anytime.
You can use a variety of features to connect live with one student or your entire class. You and your students can collaborate using audio, video, and recording capabilities. You can also use private and public chat, a whiteboard, application sharing, a clip art library, and add and edit content at any time.
How to Install Humber Blackboard App
On an Android Devices
- From your phone or computer go to the Google Play store and search for Blackboard Mobile Learn app
- Download the app
- Open Humber Mobile Learn app and search for Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning
- Once you’ve located your school, log in using your school credentials (Username and Password)
On Apple Devices
- Click the App Store link to download Blackboard Mobile Learn
- Launch Blackboard Mobile Learn and search for Humber Institute of Technology and Advance Learning
- Log in using your school credentials (Username and Password)
